| Abstract: | ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการในด้านการบริการ ด้านกายภาพ และด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ประชากรคือ อาจารย์ นิสิตระดับปริญญาโท นิสิตระดับปริญญาเอก และบุคคลภายนอก จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม โดยส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 250 ชุด ได้รับคืนมา 235 ชุด คิดเป็น 94% วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจด้านการบริการของห้องสมุดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.56) ส่วนด้านกายภาพของห้องสมุดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.31) และด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (Mean = 1.82) วัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดส่วนใหญ่เพื่อใช้บริการยืม-คืน บริการวารสาร และบริการถ่ายเอกสาร บริการที่ใช้มากที่สุดคือ บริการถ่ายเอกสาร (82.1%) รองลงมาคือบริการยืม-คืน (79.6%) โดยส่วนมากเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดสัปดาห์ละครั้ง ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ จำนวนบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการมีไม่เพียงพอ รองลงมาคือ จำนวนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ให้บริการสืบคืนข้อมูลมีไม่เพียงพอ และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มีประสิทธิภาพค่อนข้างต่ำ นอกจากนี้ยังพบปัญหาจำนวนเครื่องถ่ายเอกสารมีไม่เพียงพอและเครื่องถ่ายเอกสารมีประสิทธิภาพไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร |
| Other Abstract: | To evaluate user’s satisfaction in Faculty of Nursing Library, Chulalongkorn University. Library services, physical conditions, library resources, problems and suggestions were explored. Two hundreds and fifty users from 4 groups; lecturers graduate students (both in master and doctoral degree), and outside users were sampled in this study, A. total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to all users. Most of questionnaires (94%, 235 cases) were returned. SPSS statistical software package was employed to perform percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study reveals that most users were highly satisfied with library services. (Mean = 3.56). Users were moderately satisfied with physical conditions. (Mean = 3.13). However, users were less satisfied with library resources provided by the library. (Mean = 1.82). The main purpose of library uses was obtaining circulation services, periodical services, and photocopy services. Photocopy services was the most popular (82.1%) and circulation services was the second (79.6%). Frequency of library visits was once a week. The problems found that the most were insufficient number of staff, computers, and ineffective computers, respectively. Moreover, the number of photocopy machines was not enough and the quality of the photocopy machines was poor. |
