| Abstract: | ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของมหาวิทยาลัย ที่เข้าร่วมในการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬา ของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้รับเหรียญทองรวมอยู่ในลำดับหนึ่งถึงห้า ในปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวก การจัดการทีม งบประมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬา ของทีมที่ได้รับเหรียญทองรวมอยู่ในลำดับหนึ่งถึงห้า ในการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 33 จำนวน 19 ชนิดกีฬา จากแบบสอบถามจำนวน 296 ฉบับได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจำนวน 256 ฉบับคิดเป็น 86.49% นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉี่ยวเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ 1. จากการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จของมหาวิทยาลัย ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันและได้รับเหรียญทองรวมอยู่ในลำดับหนึ่งถึงห้า ในการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 33 ตามการรับรู้ของ ผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬา พบว่า ปัจจัยทั้ง 4 คือ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวก ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการทีม และด้านงบประมาณ ซึ่งทุกปัจจัยมีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากทุกปัจจัย 2. จากการเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ระหว่างผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา เกี่ยวกับรายการปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จ ในการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 33 พบว่ามีรายการปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยฯ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 8 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1. ด้านความรู้ความสามารถด้านการจัดการทีมของผู้จัดการทีม 2. ด้านความเอาใจใส่นักกีฬาของผู้จัดการทีม 3. ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจข้อบังคับกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย ของผู้จัดการทีม 4. ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้จัดการทีมและนักกีฬา 5. ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจระเบียบการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยของผู้ฝึกสอน 6. ด้านการทดสอบความสมบูรณ์ของร่างกาย 7. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของที่พักในการเก็บตัว 8. ปัจจัยด้านผู้จัดการทีม |
| Other Abstract: | To study and to compare the factors affecting the achievement of the universities participating in the 33rd Thailand University Games as perceived by team managers, coaches, and athletes of the universities that were ranked in the top five of the Games by total number of gold medal. Two hundred and ninety six questionnaires were sent out to team managers, coaches, and athletes in 19 sport disciplines. Four factors included in the questionnaires were man, material, management, and money. Only 256 questionnaires (86.49%) of the total number of questionnaires (296 questionnaires) were returned. The obtained data were then statistically analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The F-test and Scheffe methods were also used to determine the significant difference and presented in the form of table and essay. The results were revealed as follows 1. From the study of factors affecting the achievement of the universities participating in the 33rd Thailand University Games as perceived by team managers, coaches and athletes, it was found out that all factors (man, material, management, and money) were rated important in the level. 2. From the comparison among team managers, coaches, and athletes, it was found out that 8 items of all factors were significantly different at the .05 level. Those items were 1. Ability in managing the team. 2. Caring of team managers toward athlete 3. Team manager's understanding of the games rules and regulations. 4. The relationship between team managers and athletes 5. Coach's understanding of games rules and regulations 6. Physical fitness testing 7. Environment of the training camp 8. Team manager. |
