| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความเครียดในบทบาท การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 259 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความเครียดในบทบาท การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และแบบสอบถามความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือ โดยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง .95, .86 และ .92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน สัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์ และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความเครียดในบทบาท การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.459 และ.526 ตามลำดับ) 2. ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= .004, .015, .002 และ .042 ตามลำดับ) 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และความเครียดในบทบาท มีความแปรปรวนร่วมกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ได้ร้อย 35.6 ได้สมการคะแนนมาตรฐานดังต่อไปนี้ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติบทบาทหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย =.526 (การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ) -.304 (ความเครียดในบทบาท) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the study were to study the relationships between personal factors, role stress, empowerment and role performance abilities of head nurses, governmental hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis, and to determine variables which could predict role performance of head nurses. The subjects consisted of 259 head nurses selected by simple random sampling technique. The research instruments were the questionnaires for head nurses, which consisted of role stress questionnaire, empowerment questionnaire and role performance questionnaire. The reliability of three questionnaires were .95, .86 and .92, respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson’s product moment correlation, the coefficient of contingency and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The following were major findings of the study : 1. There were significant relationships between role stress, empowerment and role performance abilities of head nurses at .05 level. 2. There were no relationships between age, education, experience and years of head nurses’ position. 3. Variables which significantly predicted role performance of head nurses were role stress and empowerment ( P < .05). The predictors accounted for 35.6 percent of the variance (R² =35.6). The function derived from the analysis was as follow: Role performance of head nurses = .520 empowerment - .304 role stress. |
