dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เมื่อ สำรวจความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานที่บัณฑิตมี และที่ต้องการในความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชา และสำรวจสถานที่ที่พัฒนาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นบัณฑิตที่จบจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2521 และปีการศึกษา 2522 จำนวน 219 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาอีก 201 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 420 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) เป็นข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตที่มีในสภาพจริง และที่ต้องการในด้านบุคลิกภาพ ความสามารถในการสอน ทัศนคติต่ออาชีพครู มนุษยสัมพันธ์ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ที่พัฒนาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าที-เทสต์ (t-test) ค่าเอฟ-เทสต์ (F-test) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffé’s Method) ผลการวิจัย 1. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างบัณฑิตกับผู้บังคับบัญชา เกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานที่บัณฑิตมี พบว่า บัณฑิตกับผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานด้านบุคลิกภาพ ความสามารถในการสอน ทัศนคติต่ออาชีพครู และมนุษยสัมพันธ์โดยที่บัณฑิตประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองสูงกว่าผู้บังคับบัญชา 2. ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องการในความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาพบว่า ทั้งบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความต้องการความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญในทุก ๆ ด้าน 3. ผู้บังคับบัญชามีความเห็นว่า บัณฑิตมีประสบการณ์การเป็นครูก่อนเข้าวิทยาลัยครู มีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานสูงกว่าบัณฑิตผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญในทุก ๆ ด้าน 4. ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานในทุก ๆ ด้านของบัณฑิตในกลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สูงกว่าบัณฑิตในกลุ่มวิชามนุษยศาสตร์ และสังคมศาสตร์ 5. สถานที่ที่พัฒนาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า โรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานจะเป็นสถานที่ที่พัฒนาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานในทุก ๆ ด้านของบัณฑิต ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. วิทยาลัยครูควรปรับปรุงหลักสูตรวิชาชีพครู โดยเน้นภาคปฏิบัติในโรงเรียนให้มากที่สุด ตั้งแต่นักศึกษาเริ่มเข้าศึกษาจนสำเร็จการศึกษา เพื่อโรงเรียนจะได้ช่วยพัฒนาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน นอกจากนั้นกิจกรรมนักศึกษาควรจัดชมรมประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูให้นักศึกษาเข้าร่วมเพื่อเป็นการสร้างเสริมทัศนคติต่ออาชีพครู 2. สำหรับการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป ควรมีการจัดรูปแบบการติดตามผลให้เป็นระบบยิ่งขึ้น โดยติดตามผลเมื่อบัณฑิตทำงานถึงระยะปีที่ 3 และปีที่ 5
dc.description.abstractalternative	Purposes of the Study The Specific purposes of the study were as follow: 1. To investigate the graduates’ and the principals’ opinions concerning the graduates’ proficiencies and needs in working 2. To determine the place where graduates’ proficiencies were developed Procedures of the Study A Stratified random sample consisted of 1) 219 graduates from Central Teachers Coleges; and 2) 201 principals of the schools in which the graduates have taught. The rating scale questionnaire focused on teacher’s competencies in the areas of personalities, teaching ability, attitudes in teaching profession and human relationship. The graduates had to state the places where their proficiencies were developed. The questionnaire were mailed to the graduated and principals. The data were analiyzed by using percentages, mean, t-test, F-test with Scheffe’s Method. Results of Study 1. The comparison of the opinion between graduates and principals concerning with graduates proficiencies was found significantly different in the areas of personalities, teaching ability, attitudes in teaching profession and human relationship. 2. There were no differences in the opinions of the graduates and the principals concerning the graduates’ needed competencies in any area 3. As viewed by the principal the graduates with previous teaching experiences were significantly proficiencies than the ones without any teaching experiences in all areas. 4. The proficiencies of the graduates from the Sciences was rated higher than the graduates from Humanity and Social Science in all areas 5. Most of graduates concluded that their working places (schools) developed their proficiencies in all areas. Recommendation 1. Preservice teachers education curriculum development are recommended. There should be more [proportion] of field-based experiences from the first to the fourth year of students teacher by applying the competencies collected from this study as a guideline. The student activities should be organized a club of teaching profession in order to encourage students’ positive attitude toward teaching profession. 2. For further study, There should be a systematic graduates follow-up study in the third and fifth year of teaching.
