| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลจากการพัฒนากิจกรรม สามารถกระตุ้นผลผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์จังหวัด (GPP) กับการกระจายรายได้เพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมชุมชนจังหวัดสระบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษากลุ่มผลประโยชน์ใดที่ได้รับประโยชน์จาการพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตจังหวัดของจังหวัดสระบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้เลือกใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาวิเคราะห์จากข้อมูลเชิงเอกสารเป็นหลัก เพื่อวิเคราะห์ในแต่ละประเด็นในเชิงลึก ประกอบกับการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการประชุมระดมสมองโดยใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ (Focus group) ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของชุมชนในจังหวัดสระบุรี รวมทั้งสิ้น 292 คน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ส่วน ผลการวิจัยในส่วนแรก ศึกษาความสำคัญของผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมจังหวัด (GPP) ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของจังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์จังหวัด (GPP) แสดงสภาวการณ์ผลิตของจังหวัด เป็นข้อมูลใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผนพัฒนาจังหวัด และเป็นเครื่องมือในการประเมินผลการพัฒนาของจังหวัด ในส่วนที่สอง ผลจากการพัฒนากิจกรรมสามารถกระตุ้นผลผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์จังหวัด ที่มีต่อการนำไปสู่การกระจายรายได้เพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมชุมชนของจังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่า การเพิ่มขึ้นของผลิตภัณฑ์จังหวัด เป็นการพัฒนาโดยให้ความสำคัญในด้านความเจริญเติบโตในระดับมหภาคและเป็นภาพรวมกว้างๆ รวมทั้งใช้ตัวแปรทางด้านเศรษฐกิจเป็นเครื่องวัด ส่วนตัวแปรทางด้านสังคม มักจะถูกละเลย ซึ่งไม่สามารถนำไปสู่การกระจายรายได้เพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของชุมชนในจังหวัดสระบุรี ในส่วนที่สาม กลุ่มผลประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์จังหวัดของจังหวัดสระบุรีคือ กลุ่มทุนอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มทุนพาณิชย์ กลุ่มบรรษัทข้ามชาติ กลุ่มธุรกิจเอกชนและกลุ่มนักการเมือง | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research has two objectives 1) To study results of the development of activities in stimulating Gross Provincial Production (GPP) and income distribution for economic and social developments of communities in Saraburi province. 2) To study which interest groups have gain benefits from the development of activities to increase GPP of Saraburi province. This research chooses to use qualitative method. The focus is primarily on documents analysis for the in-depth analysis of each topic. Data collection is also in the form of focus group, brainstorming of sampling group that are related to economic and social development of communities in Saraburi province, totaling to 292 individuals. The results can be separate into 3 parts. First part, study the important of GPP to economics and social development of Saraburi province. It is found that GPP is an indicator of production status of the province, is information that can be use for development planning of province, and a tool to evaluate results of provincial development. Second part, the result from the development of activities can be use to stimulate GPP that led to income distribution for the development of economic and social communities of the province. It is found that the increase in GPP is a development that gives importance to growth on wide overall macro scale, and also uses economics factor as measurement tool. Social factors often get neglect, which cannot lead to income distribution for economic and social development of communities in Saraburi province. Third part, interest group from the development of activities to increase GPP of Saraburi province. Are industrial group, commerce group, trans national group, private bussiness group and political group. | en |
