| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเพื่อสำรวจเรื่องทัศนคติของทันตแพทย์ต่อการเลือกสถานที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลจังหวัดของประเทศไทยจัดทำขึ้น โดยการส่งแบบสอบถามโดยทางไปรษณีย์ไปยังทันตแพทย์ จำนวน 150 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling : SRS) โดยส่งไปยังโรงพยาบาลจังหวัด 75 จังหวัด จังหวัดละ 2 ชุด จำนวนทันตแพทย์ที่ตอบและส่งแบบสอบถามกลับ มีจำนวน 123 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สิ่งที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานที่ทำงานของทันตแพทย์ คือ เพศ อายุ เชื้อชาติ ภูมิสำเนาถิ่นเกิด ที่อยู่อาศัยในปัจจุบัน และระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ อีก เช่น ที่พัก การศึกษาต่อ และโอกาสก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน เป็นต้น | en |
