dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ยของมุม Z และ ZI พร้อมทั้งหาความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศในกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งมีการสบฟันแบบ Class II division 1 กับ Class III malocclusion วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยเลือกมาโดยใช้วิธีเลือกเฉพาะเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย เพศชาย 40 คน หญิง 40 คน อายุ 19-24 ปี มีการสบฟันแบบ Class II division 1 และ Class III malocclusion ซึ่งศึกษาด้วยภาพถ่ายรังสีเอ๊กซ์ด้านข้างของกะโหลกศีรษะ (Lateral cephalogram) นำมาลอกรายละเอียดส่วนต่างๆ ของใบหน้าและ soft tissue ลงในกระดาษลอกลาย (acetate paper) เพื่อใช้ในการวัดมุม Z และ ZI สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลที่ได้รับจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้สรุปได้เป็นข้อๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการสบฟันแบบ Class II division 1 ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยของมุมคือ ชาย มุม Z = 55.85 (S.D. = 10.15) มุม ZI = 50.92 (S.D. = 9.10) หญิง มุม Z = 63.78 (S.D. = 8.29) มุม ZI = 57.18 (S.D. = 8.57) 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการสบฟันแบบ Class III ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยของมุมคือ ชาย มุม Z = 78.45 (S.D. = 5.26) มุม ZI = 50.72 (S.D. = 4.78) หญิง มุม Z = 78.23 (S.D. = 6.45) มุม ZI = 73.55 (S.D. = 5.40) 3. ค่ามุม Z และมุม ZI ไม่มีความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 4. ค่ามุม Z และมุม ZI ของกลุ่มที่มีการสบฟันแบบ Class II division 1 แตกต่างกันกับกลุ่มที่มีการสบฟันแบบ Class III ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Purpose of the study the purpose of this study was to determine the mean values of the Z and ZI angle, and to search for the different of means between division 1 and Class III Malocclusion and sex. Method of the study the sample were selected by purposive sampling from 40 males and 40 females, between the age of 19-24 years. They were the Angle's Class II division 1 and an equal number of Class III Malocclusion. The basis of this study was the Roentgenographic cephalograms in which the tracing of Lateral Cephalometric head film was used to measure the Z and ZI angle. Research results the results obtained from this research were summarized as follows : 1. The group of Angle's Class II division 1 mean value : Male Z Angle = 55.85 (S.D. = 10.15) ZI Angle = 50.92 (S.D. = 9.10) Female Z Angle = 63.78 (S.D. = 8.29) ZI Angle = 57.18 (S.D. = 8.57) 2. The group of Angle's Class III mean value : Male Z Angle = 78.45 (S.D. = 5.26) ZI Angle = 74.48 (S.D. = 4.78) Female Z Angle = 78.23 (S.D. = 6.45) ZI Angle = 73.55 (S.D. = 5.40) 3. There were not significant difference in Z and ZI Angle between sex at the .01 level 4. There were significant difference in Angle's Class II division 1 and Class III malocclusion between Z and ZI angle at the .01 level.	en
