| Abstract: | ได้ทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ เดนตัล ฟลอส เดนตัล คลีนซิง เทฟ (ซูเปอร์ฟลอส) และทูธ ฟิดส์ ในการทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมชนิดติดแน่น ในคนไข้จำนวน 60 คน พบว่า เดนตัลฟลอสและซูเปอร์ ฟลอส สามารถทำความสะอาดฟันปลอดชนิดติดแน่นได้ดีกว่า ทูธ ฟิคส์ แต่เดนตัลฟลอส และซูเปอร์ฟลอสสามารถทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมชนิดแน่นได้ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชนิด ที่ทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมชนิดติดแน่นระหว่างฟันหน้าและฟันหลังพบว่า เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 สามารถทำความสะอาดฟันหน้าได้ดีกว่าฟันหลัง แต่ค่าเทียบระหว่าง quadrant ทั้ง 4 คือ บนขวา บนซ้าย ล่างขวา ล่างซ้ายแล้ว จะไม่แตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | Three experimental studies over carried out in 60 patients to compare the effect of cleansing plaque in the proximal are of fixed bridge. The cleansing effect of dental floss and super floss were more superior than tooth pick. And the efficiency of dental floss, super floss and tooth pick could remove plaque more effective on anterior than posterior teeth but the result cleansing plaque between the four quadrants. (upper left, upper light lower left and lower right) were not different. |
