| dc.description.abstract | วิธี EMIT และวิธี HPLC เป็นวิธีที่นิยมใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์มอร์ฟีน การวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบวิธีการตรวจวิเคราะห์มอร์ฟีนระหว่างวิธีทั้งสองเพื่อหาวิธีที่เหมาะสมที่จะนำมาใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์มอร์ฟีนในปัสสาวะของผู้ติดยาเสพติด เมื่อนำตัวอย่างปัสสาวะจากผู้ป่วยที่เสพติดเฮโรอีนมาตรวจวิเคราะห์ปริมาณมอร์ฟีนด้วยวิธี EMIT และวิธี HPLC ทั้งกรณีผ่านและไม่ผ่านการไฮโดรไลสีสปัสสาวะด้วยกรด พบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ที่ตรวจโดยวิธี EMIT มีค่าสูงกว่าเมื่อตรวจโดยวิธี HPLC นอกจากนี้ การตรวจด้วยวิธี EMIT ยังสามารถตรวจพบมอร์ฟีนในตัวอย่างปัสสาวะที่เก็บหลังจากการเสพครั้งสุดท้ายได้เป็นเวลานานกว่าด้วย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลการวิเคราะห์ที่ตรวจโดยวิธี EMIT และวิธี HPLC ที่ผ่านการไฮโดรไลสีสด้วยกรด เท่ากับ 0.7639 ด้วยระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 สำหรับปัสสาวะที่เก็บครั้งแรกคือเก็บหลังจากได้รับเฮโรอีนครั้งสุดท้ายประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง พบว่าผลการวิเคราะห์ที่ตรวจโดยวิธี EMIT มีค่าต่ำกว่าเมื่อตรวจโดยวิธี HPLC เป็นอย่างมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการวิเคราะห์ปริมาณมอร์ฟีนในปัสสาวะผู้ป่วยระหว่างวิธีทั้งสองแล้ว ได้นำข้อมูลความเหมาะสมด้านอื่น ๆ มาประกอบเพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของวิธี EMIT และวิธี HPLC ในการใช้ตรวจวิเคราะห์มอร์ฟีนในห้องปฏิบัติการ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | EMIT and HPLC methods are widely used for quantitative determination of morphine. The methods are comparatively studied for selecting the better methodology to determine morphine in urine of drug addicts. Urine samples of heroin addicts were collected and analysed by EMIT and HPLC. Urine samples were both hydrolysed and non-hydrolysed by acid prior to be analysed by HPIC. The analytical results obtained by using EMIT were higher than that by HPLC. Urine samples collected at a longer period after the last heroin injection could still be detected for morphine by EMIT but not by HPLC. The correlation coefficient between the results detected by EMIT and HPLC, for urine samples which were acid hydrolysed, were 0.7639 at the level of significance of 0.05. The quantitative analytical results of the urine samples, collected about two hours after heroin injection which were detected by EMIT, were much lower than those detected by HPLC. The acquired results were evaluated including other variable parameters such as cost, time, etc. in order to select the more appropriate method for quantitative determination of morphine in urine. | en_US |
