dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการวัดและประเมินผล สาระการเรียนรู้พลศึกษาตามมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ในระดับมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นครูและนักเรียนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 รวมทั้งสิ้น 122 คน ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอน 3 คน นักเรียน 119 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ การศึกษา ดูงาน การอบรม การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ และการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติภาคบรรยายส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบการวัดและประเมินผล สาระการเรียนรู้พลศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ ครู นักเรียน เพื่อน ผู้ปกครอง ปรัชญาพลศึกษา หลักสูตร แผนการเรียนรู้ และเครื่องมือสำหรับการวัดและประเมินผล 2) กระบวนการ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ (2.1) จุดมุ่งหมาย สาระการเรียนรู้พลศึกษา (2.2) กำหนดแผนการจัดเก็บข้อมูล (2.3) สร้างเครื่องมือและดำเนินการจัดเก็บข้อมูล (2.4) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการนำผลไปใช้ประโยชน์ 3) ผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิสัมพันธ์ในระบบ ส่งผลให้ นักเรียนเป็นผู้มีคุณภาพ ตรงตามมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ที่กำหนด ของหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พ.ศ. 2544 ครูเกิดการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนและการนำไปสู่การพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพ และผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันดูแลสุขภาพของลูก จากการทดลองนำระบบไปใช้และผลการประเมินระบบ แสดงให้เห็นว่า ระบบการวัดและประเมินผลสาระการเรียนรู้พลศึกษา ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประโยชน์ มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ มีความเหมาะสมมีความถูกต้อง นอกจากนี้ ผู้ใช้ระบบมีความพึงพอใจในระบบการวัดและประเมินผล สาระการเรียนรู้พลศึกษา	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement and evaluation system for physical educational learning standards health and physical education in the area of secondary education. A total of 122 samples for measurement and evaluation research consisted of 3 teachers, 119 students from grade 10, in three schools under The Office of the Basic Education Bangkok, Area 2. Data were collected by observation, teachers training, interview and other relevant forms. The statistics used for quantitative data analysis were descriptive statistic such as frequencies, means, and standard deviations, whereas content analysis was used for qualitative data analysis. The findings of this study revealed that the measurement and evaluation system for physical education learning development and enhancing accuracy consisted of 3 components: 1) Main resources which are teachers, students, friends, parents, philosophy of physical education, school curriculum, learning management plans and evaluation instruments 2) Process and main components are (2.1) objectives knowledge (2.2) data collection planning (2.3) constructing of instruments and data collection (2.4) data analysis and implementation 3) Output/developmental students meeting to learning standards of the Basic Education Curriculum 2001. Teachers developed instructions that affected them to be more professional teachers and parents also participated in promoting health to their children. After a pilot test of the system, the evaluation results showed that the system was useful, feasible, appropriate, and accurate. Furthermore, system users were satisfied with it.	en
