| Abstract: | งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของวิถีทางเพศต่อการประเมินคุณลักษณะและ การคัดเลือกบุคคลเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนทูตกิจกรรม ในกลุ่มนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จานวน 200 คน โดยให้ประเมินคุณลักษณะและจัดลาดับความเหมาะสมของผู้สมัครที่มีวิถีทางเพศ แตกต่างกัน รวมถึงทามาตรวัดอคติทางเพศสมัยใหม่ โดยในการวิเคราะห์ผลได้ใช้สถิติไร้พารามิเตอร์ของ Friedman (Friedman nonparametric test) พบว่าวิถีทางเพศของผู้สมัครไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดลาดับ และผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบผสมสามทาง (Three-way mixed ANOVA) พบว่าวิถีทางเพศมี ผลเฉพาะในการประเมินคุณลักษณะของผู้สมัครเพศชาย โดยผู้สมัครชาย LGB ได้รับคะแนนการประเมิน สูงกว่าผู้สมัครชายที่รักเพศตรงข้าม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of sexual orientation on the evaluation and selection of CU Ambassador. Two hundreds of Chulalongkorn University undergraduate students evaluated candidates’ characteristics and ranked the most appropriate candidate to be a University Ambassador selection context. The Modern Homonegativity Scale was used to measure modern prejudice level among the participants. Friedman nonparametric test was used to analyze the ranking and a three-way-mixed ANOVA was used to analyze the evaluation scores. The results indicate that sexual orientation has no impact on ranking; however, it has an impact on male candidate evaluation. Overalls, LGB male candidates were rated higher than heterosexual counterparts. |
