| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตน้ำตาลโตนด อันเป็นแนวคิดเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางดุริยางคศิลป์ ชุด ตาลเมืองเพชร ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษากระบวนการผลิตน้ำตาลโตนดจากสวนตาลลุงถนอม ภู่เงิน ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาตาลโตนดแหล่งสำคัญของจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ทั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานในครั้งนี้ การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางดุริยางคศิลป์ ชุด ตาลเมืองเพชร ได้แนวคิดจากกระบวนการผลิตน้ำตาลโตนด 5 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ 1) การพาดตาล 2) การนวดตาล 3) การปาดตาล 4) การรองตาล 5) การเคี่ยวตาล การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนี้ เป็นการประพันธ์เพลงในรูปแบบของเพลงชุด ประกอบด้วยเพลงหลัก 5 เพลง คือ 1) เพลงพาดตาล 2) เพลงนวดตาล 3) เพลงปาดตาล 4) เพลงรองตาล 5) เพลงเคี่ยวตาล และเพลงเชื่อมตาลสำหรับบรรเลงเชื่อมเพลงหลัก 1 เพลง โดยรูปแบบของการจัดแสดงผลงานสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านดุริยางคศิลป์ เป็นการบรรเลงดนตรีไทยด้วยวงปี่พาทย์ไม้แข็ง (พิเศษ) ประกอบการฉายสไลด์ โดยใช้โทนชาตรีและกลองชาตรีกำกับจังหวะหน้าทับ ทั้งนี้ได้กำหนดจังหวะหน้าทับและอัตราจังหวะฉิ่งขึ้นใหม่ ประกอบด้วย หน้าทับโทนชาตรี 6 รูปแบบ วิธีการบรรเลงกลองชาตรี 4 รูปแบบ อัตราจังหวะฉิ่ง 5 รูปแบบ ในส่วนของบทเพลงนั้นเป็นการประพันธ์ขึ้นใหม่ โดยมิได้อาศัยเค้าโครงจากเพลงอื่นใดที่มีในขนบประเพณีของดนตรีไทยในการประพันธ์ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางดุริยางคศิลป์ ผนวกกับองค์ความรู้ในศาสตร์แขนงต่าง ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาต่อยอดและเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางดุริยางคศิลป์ ตลอดจนสืบทอดมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและสะท้อนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชาวเพชรบุรีสืบต่อไป | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The aim of this research is to study toddy palm jaggery making process which is the inspiration of Tan Mueang Phetch, the musical composition created in this research project. The researcher has conducted a fieldwork studying toddy palm jaggery making methods at Uncle Thanom Phu-ngoen’s toddy palm plantation, an important center of Phetchaburi province in promoting local wisdom on toddy palm production. From this, it has been carried out both qualitative and creative research. The musical performance is in the form of a suite consisting of five music pieces: Phat Tan, Nuat Tan, Pat Tan, Rong Tan and Khiao Tan; and another instrumental piece as interlude between each of them named Cheom Tan. The composition is performed by Piphat Mai Khang ensemble (particular) and accompanied by a slide presentation of visual images. In the ensemble, drum beat is guided by goblet drums thon chatri and barrel drums glong chatri. For the percussion patterns, both for drums and ching, the small bowl-shaped finger cymbals, new patterns are invented: six patterns for thon chatri beat, four patterns for glong chatri and five patterns for ching. And regarding the composition of each music piece, they are all composed without having as a reference to any Thai traditional song structure. The researcher has gathered knowledge including those in other disciplines, intending to advance understanding of music performance as well as to preserve cultural heritage and local wisdom of Phetchaburi province. | - |
