| Abstract: | การเปลี่ยนแปลงของประชากรสูงวัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มของประชากรสูงวัยทั่วโลก และมีแนวโน้มของประชากรสูงวัยที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น ทั้งนี้แต่ละประเทศจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรูปแบบสังคมที่แตกต่างกันตามสภาพแวดล้อม เช่น นโยบายประเทศ ความก้าวหน้าทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงมีการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมากขึ้น มีค่านิยมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยการที่ประชากรแต่งงานลดลง การมีลูกลดลง ก็ส่งผลให้สัดส่วนของประชากรผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย และคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสถานการณ์ ดังกล่าว และเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการดูแลรักษาเฉพาะทางสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ จึงดำเนินการสร้างอาคารเพื่อดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบครบวงจรขึ้น โดยเปิดให้บริการอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2558 และได้รับพระกรุณาธิคุณจากสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานนามอาคารว่า "อาคาร ส.ธ." ถือเป็นศูนย์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบบูรณาการ ซึ่งมีพื้นที่ 18 ชั้นที่มีหน่วยให้บริการดูแลผู้สูงวัยในทุก ๆ ด้าน เพื่อรองรับประชากรสูงอายุที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น ความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุก็แตกต่างกัน การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นศึกษาเกี่ยวกับที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุ ในการศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของการอยู่อาศัยในของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุและเสนอแนะแนวทาง งบประมาณในการปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในที่อยู่อาศัยแต่ละประเภท รวมทั้งติดตามผลการปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ พบว่าสมาชิกชมรมฯ ส่วนมากมีที่อยู่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพฯชั้นใน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในที่อยู่อาศัยรูปแบบบ้านเดี่ยว มีรายได้หลังเกษียณอยู่ในช่วง 20,001-50,000 บาท มากที่สุด โดยมากจะอาศัยร่วมกับญาติ พี่น้อง และใช้เงินเก็บส่วนตัวเป็นแหล่งเงินในการปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัย และมีจำนวนน้อยมากที่จะใช้เงินกู้เพื่อมาปรับปรุง พื้นที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุมากที่สุดคือ ห้องน้ำ จึงควรเตรียมการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ด้วยการปรับปรุงวัสดุพื้นกันลื่นและราวจับช่วยพยุงสำหรับลุกนั่ง ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่องบประมาณในการปรับปรุง และพบว่าหากผู้สูงอายุส่วนมากมีรายได้ที่ 20,001-50,000 บาท จะใช้เวลาในการผ่อนจ่ายค่าอุปกรณ์ประเภทพื้นและราวจับ เป็นเวลามากกว่า 7 เดือน |
| Other Abstract: | Changes in aging people have lead to the world trend of an aging society and an increase in the size of aging populations. Many countries have changed their social systems according to their environment, such as country policy, healthcare and self-caring. A decrease in popularity with lower numbers of marriages, lower numbers of children has also affected the proportion of the aging population. Thai people have to prepare themselves to deal with old age, which will certainly happen soon. Chulalongkorn Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society and Faculty of Medicine have been aware of the importance of specializing care for the elderly so they have constructed a building to take care of the elderly in a more comprehensive way that facilitates the convenience of services and presents potential elderly service standards. The 18-floor service building opened in 2015 with the name “Sor Tor building” given by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. To support the increasing elderly population and also their different needs, this research focuses on housing for the elderly. This paper studies the physical environment of living areas for the elderly in order to analyze the housing improvement needs of the elderly and to make a financial recommendation, including a follow-up of housing improvements for the elderly. This research found that most club members live in inner Bangkok. Most of them are in single-family houses and most have an income after retirement of 20,001-50,000 baht per month and most of them live with their relatives. A source of their budget is personal funds, and a less common source is a loan. The most prevalent area for an accident is the bathroom. Therefore, preparations to prevent accidents include non-slip floor materials and installing handrails to support when sitting. These preparations affect the budget available for improvements and the study found that if most elderly people have an income of 20,001-50,000 baht it will take more than 7 months to pay for the equipment. |
