| Abstract: | งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ต้องการศึกษาวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการนำเสนอโครงการประติมากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะเพื่อนำไปสู่ทางการพัฒนา เนื่องจากการสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะของกรุงเทพมหานครขาดความชัดเชนในเชิงนโยบาย ขณะที่สภาพของเมืองมีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้นทั้งในการเมืองและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเชิงกายภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ประติมากรรมมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต (2) ปัญหาในการจัดสรรการใช้พื้นที่สาธารณะ (3) ปัญหาในการสร้างสรรค์หลายประเด็นดังนี้ ได้แก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่รับรู้ถึงคุณค่าของประติมากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ, การขาดการจัดการและการออกแบบพื้นที่ไม่ได้มีการออกแบบไปพร้อมๆ กับการติดตั้งงานประติมากรรม, ตัวผลงานประติมากรรมไม่สามารถแสดงศักยภาพของผลงาน, หน่วยงานของรัฐที่เป็นผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ได้ตกลงกับเจ้าของพื้นที่ หรือหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบพื้นที่ ตลอดจนปัญหาด้านนโยบาย ผลงานวิจัยเสนอว่า การสร้างประติมากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ ควรพิจารณาความสำคัญของสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมในหลายมิติ ศิลปินและหน่วยงานรัฐควรส่งเสริมผลักดันให้เกิดนโยบายการนำเสนอประติมากรรมสู่พื้นที่สาธารณะ อันจะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์กับการพัฒนาเมืองต่อไปโดยมีข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาประติมากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ ดังนี้ (1) การให้ความรู้และสร้างสุนทรียะ (2) การสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะ (3) การทำงานและสร้างความร่วมมือกับชุมชน (4) สร้างแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านอื่น ๆ |
| Other Abstract: | This research aims to study and analyse the problem including obstacles in presenting sculpture projects in public areas due to the physical changes and the complexity of politic, the lack of the sculptures represent in public areas of Bangkok. Results indicated that (1) The Sculpture is important for improving the quality of life. (2) The issues of public space allocation cause other many problems to constructing sculptures in public areas. (3) The main problem for creating sculptures are these follows. All of the organisation concerned do not recognise the value of sculptures in public spaces, The landscape design is not suite to the installed sculpture. The sculptures sake can not represent their potentials, The disagreement between government order and landlord or area management contract, and The policy Issues. The research suggests that the sculpture in public spaces is importance to the society and the environment. The artist and the government sector should develop urban policy to encourage the sculptures represent in public spaces. The development approach to increase the sculpture in public space are the following: (1) promote awareness of the aesthetic value (2) create public space (3) promote community engagement (4) increase the private and public sector participation. |
