Abstract:	การวิจัยเพื่อสำรวจเรื่องทัศนคติของทันตแพทย์ต่อการเลือกสถานที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลจังหวัดของประเทศไทยจัดทำขึ้น โดยการส่งแบบสอบถามโดยทางไปรษณีย์ไปยังทันตแพทย์ จำนวน 150 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling : SRS) โดยส่งไปยังโรงพยาบาลจังหวัด 75 จังหวัด จังหวัดละ 2 ชุด จำนวนทันตแพทย์ที่ตอบและส่งแบบสอบถามกลับ มีจำนวน 123 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สิ่งที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานที่ทำงานของทันตแพทย์ คือ เพศ อายุ เชื้อชาติ ภูมิสำเนาถิ่นเกิด ที่อยู่อาศัยในปัจจุบัน และระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ อีก เช่น ที่พัก การศึกษาต่อ และโอกาสก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน เป็นต้น
Other Abstract:	To investigate attitude of dentists towards dental office selection in provincial hospitals of Thailand, was done by mailing questionnaires to 150 dentists. Based on the simple random sampling (SRS), 123 questionaires were returned. The response rate was 82 percents. The results indicated that the major factor were sex, age, nation, origin, address and the highest graduation. Furthermore, continuing education, supporting facilities, finance and housing were also major factors to select
