| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่องการสร้างและพัฒนามาตรวัดประเมินสัมฤทธิผลของการพูดแบบนำเสนอสำหรับรายวิชาการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษขั้นสูงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีตเกี่ยวก้บการทดสอบ และวัดผลทักษะการพูดแบบนำเสนอ (Oral Presentation Skill) เนื่องจากในอดีตการทดสอบทักษะการพูดนั้นทำโดยการให้ผู้เรียนสอบข้อเขียน ซึ่งการทดสอบวิธีนี้ไม่มีความตรง (Validity) และความเหมาะสม หากแต่มีความเที่ยง 9Raliability) สูงกว่าวิธีการทดสอบพูด ดังนั้นจึงได้มีความพยายามสร้างมาตรฐานในการทดสอบสัมฤทธิผลของการพูดแบบนำเสนอให้มีทั้งความตรงและความเที่ยงในการประเมิน โดยการสร้างและพัฒนามาตรวัดประเมินค่า (Rating Scales) ขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นเกณฑ์ในการประเมินผลการทดสอบดังกล่าวและภายหลังจากที่ได้พัฒนามาตรวัดประเมินค่าแล้วได้มีการตรวจสอบความตรงของมาตรวัดในสามประเด็นคือ ความตรงเขิงประจักษ์ (Face Validity) ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) และความตรงร่วมสมัย (Concurrent Validity) และนอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของผู้ประเมิน (Rater Reliability) ในด้านความเที่ยงของผู้ประเมินแบบ Intra-rater Realiability) และความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมินหรือ Inter-rater Reliability โดยการให้ผลวิจัยจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 270 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้สอนและประเมินจำนวน 16 คน และนิสิตจำนวน 254 คน ตอบแบบสอบถาม ทำการทดสอบการพูดแบบนำเสนอและประเมินผลโดยใช้มาตรวัดที่สร้างขึ้นเป็นเกณฑ์ รวมทั้งทำแบบทดสอบข้อเขียนจำนวนสองชุด ผลการตรวจสอบปรากฏว่ามาตรวัดประเมินค่านี้มีความตรงเชิงประจักษ์และความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาสูงมาก แต่ไม่มีหลักฐานแสดงว่ามาตรวัดดังกล่าวมีความตรงร่วมสมัยสำหรับความเที่ยงของผู้ประเมินทั้งแบบ Intra-rater Reliability และความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมินหรือ Inter-rater Reliability ผลปรากฏว่า ผู้ประเมินแต่ละคนมีความเที่ยงมากน้อยต่างกันและความต่างนี้มีตั้งแต่ มีความเที่ยงมากที่สุด ไปจนถึงไม่มีความเที่ยงเลย สรุปคือ จากการนำมาตรวัดประเมินค่าที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้ในสถานการณ์จริง ผลที่ได้เป็นที่น่าพอใจโดยเฉพาะในด้านคุณภาพของมาตรวัดและวิธีการทดสอบ หากในแง่ของผู้ประเมินซึ่งมีความเที่ยงต่างกัน จึงอาจจำเป็นต้องมีการฝึกอบรมผู้ประเมินและอาจมีการปรับปรุงพัฒนาคุณภาพของมาตรวัดเพื่อให้การทดสอบและการประเมินผลการพูดแบบนำเสนอมีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้นต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | For years, a conflict between the validity and reliability of the evaluation of students' oral presentation skills (one of the main focuses of the Advanced Business Oral Communication course) has been a major concern. Therefore, the Rating Scales have been constructed and developed in an attempt to find a solution to this problem. Details in each band include the course's contents as the aim of this Rating Scales is to evaluate students' achievement and not proficiency. After the construction of the scales, the assessing teachers and the specialist helped develop them, and finally, the validity of the scales and the reliability of the raters were examined. This research covers details and data regarding the construction and development of the Rating Scales, a survey of the validity of the scales and a survey of raters' reliability. The findings will be used for further development of evaluation procedureds and criteria inn the future. |
