dc.description.abstractจุดประสงค์ของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่องานบริหารพัสดถในส่วนราชการระดับแผนก บนมัลติแพลตฟอร์มคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยการออกแบบระบบจะครอบคลุมงานทั้งหมดของระบบงานพัสดุในส่วนราชการระดับแผนก ประกอบด้วย การจัดหา การควบคุมพัสดุ และการวางแผนการขอและติดตามการใช้งบประมาณด้านพัสดุ นอกจากนี้จะรวมถึง การออกแบบรายงานหรือสารสนเทศสำหรับใช้ในการวางแผน และการพัมนาระบบพัสดุ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พัฒนาชิ้นนี้ สามารถถ่ายข้อมูล และใช้งานได้บนคอมพิวเตอร์หลายระดับ อาทิเช่นไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ มินิคอมพิวเตอร์ และเมนูแฟรมคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยไม่ต้องทำการปรับเปลี่ยนตัวโปรแกรม โดยพัฒนาโปรแกรมด้วยระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลโปรเกรส ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการตอส และยูนิกซ์ ซึ่งผลการทดสอบเป็นที่น่าพอใจของผู้ใช้ ในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ครั้งนี้ ได้ทำการศึกษาลักษณะการดำเนินงานและข้อมูลต่างๆ จากภาควิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this thesis is to analyze, desing and develop the inventory control system for a Thai government office on multiplatform computer. The design of system covets the work of the inventory control system at the department level in a government office. It consists of the provision. Control, maintenance and distribution of the inventory including the budget-planning , Moreovet , it includes the design of information report for official use in the planning and development of the inventory control system.This application program is protable and can be run on multiplatform computers, for example, micro-computer , mini-computer and mainframe-computer by using PROGRESS relational database management system under DOS and UNIX operating system. The program was tested and result was satisfied. In this thesis, data and previous works are studies form the department Computer Engineering and the faculty of engineering, Chulalongkorn Univetsity.-
